Entered NBA as a scoring guard who was questionable on defense. Was really bad at VTech as a frosh on D. Was better as soph but wouldn't say he projected as a plus on D

Now, one of the best perimeter defenders in the NBA.

29 teams probably coulda had NAW. All the credit to him for figuring out how to stick in the league and turning himself into an elite defender
