Maree Todd, the SNP Social Care Minister, admitted last night on the news that her government is breaching the Human Rights Act by delayed discharges. She is so out of her depth, she makes Robison look almost competent.

If you don’t fix Social Care. Then , you don’t fix the NHS. This should not be a difficult concept to grasp , but both UK and Scottish Government’s don’t seem to get it…….
