So often assumed that academy coaching is a vehicle for coaches to learn their trade and 'progress' to the senior level. We need to start valuing the different expertise needed at different levels of sport. Less pressure doesn't mean less complex Research on the way soon

Fully agree. Unfortunately often still an cultural attitude within academies. Do academies promote and develop individual expertise enough?
