The term “UX/UI” is the high fructose corn syrup of the design world. Super sweet, full of calories, and no nutritional value whatsoever. Yes I said it.

Shockingly bad privacy default from @apple allows *anyone on a nearby network* to connect. I discovered this when an invisible person named Jason turned on my TV & attempted to AirPlay content on it. Probably accidental creepiness, but ripe for abuse.

1) Is this a problem 2) Is this an important problem 3) Will our solution be differentiated 4) Will customers pay for it 5) Will the adoption friction be too high 6) Will enough customers purchase it In B2B, a skilled team can usually answer 5 of these 6 questions upfront.
