Fabulous thread on International Energy Agency's #WEO2021 which came out today. TLDR: we are at our near peak emissions (I said in 2008 we could see a peak by 2020) and the pledges announced ahead of #COP26 would get us close to the Paris Agreement's higher 2C target. More to do, but we're winning!
