Texas Ranch Chicken Skewers were on the menu last night. A liberal sprinkling of the Texas Ranch rub from The Smokey Carterβ„’ followed by 20 minutes cooking over Green Olive Firewood Company charcoal before plating on homemade pittas with salad & Texas Ranch Yogurt together with Honey Sriracha.

Quick and tasty Sunday lunch using the Bourbon Hot Dogs from Simon Howie Butchers Local Shops. These were served on Brioche rolls and topped with Tomato Ketchup, Mustard, Fried Onion and chopped Gherkins. Really hit the spot!!

Another quick midweek dinner! Ras El Hanout Lamb Steaks served with Za'atar New Potatoes, Rose Harissa Chick Peas and Green Beans. I marinated the Lamb Leg Steaks at lunch and let them bathe for 5 hours before grilling them on the @snsgrills kettle. Keeper!!!

The @oonihq is for more than just pizza. To be honest I have not used mine enough for non-pizza cooks! Tonight was a midweek cook of Salmon fillet with a drizzle of sweet chilli sauce, Broccoli with a drizzle of Smoky Chilli Oil & Lentils. Need to use the OONI more like this!!!

A quick lunchtime cook of @meatmattersltd Onglet cooked in the @charbroil_uk gasser. This had a liberal sprinkling of sea salt whilst it sat for 2 hours coming up to room temperature before a speedy 5 minute cook. Sliced across the grain and served with a simple salad!

A Saturday night The Smokey Carterβ„’ Mango & Lime Chicken Burger. These were cooked on the Weber Grills then served on a Brioche Bun with crushed avocado, lettuce, tomato and finished off the the Pineapple & Nigella seed chutney. The rub and chutney combo are a complete winner!!!

Brisket, Spinach, Quail Egg and Hollandaise Taco for a lazy Sunday breakfast. Used some leftover brisket and warmed it through with some red chilli's. Warmed the tacos, withered Spinach then the Beef and fried Quail Eggs on top before adding a smattering of Hollandaise.

Up in Liverpool this weekend so took a visit to Duke Street Market - fantastic place! Can see it becoming a regular when I visit. Ate from Club Fish tonight ordering the Lobster Roll - so so good!!!! There great food options here! All ordered via a QR code at the table.
