Made a Dynamic Island inspired demo with Metal and Wave! The shader creates the shape morph effect, while the Wave spring animations drive the positions and bounciness. Together, you get this super playful, jelly-like UI!

This is definitely better than not animating, but even the cross fade is a bit jarring to me.
