Well! What an adventure that was! My garmin died so we missed about another 10k of riding. Down the cinder track Ravenscar-Scarborough, then back on the Cleveland way. Which turned out to be more like an iron man event! Check out how steep the path is behind us 😲

Foraging on Scalby beach with little miss creativity Dawn Smith we found several cool stones and drift wood to make things from. Amongst the haul was this, what we think is whitby jet! Jet black, as light as coal, but much more dense and leaves a brown line on paper!
