How to get close to a juvenile Yellow-legged gull…. A bit of bread should do it, from my cruise in Lyme Bay on David Saunders yesterday evening. No shearwaters at all - but plenty of terns, Common Dolphins, Porpoises and a very close Sunfish.

A nice mix of wildlife on yesterdays evening L:yme Bay CRuise on David Saunders: 2 Yellow-legged Gulls, 150+ Kittiwakes inc 1st juv, Sunfish, 7 Mediterranean Gulls, 30+ Com Dolphin, 2 Porpoise, 60+ Sandwich Terns, 2 Whimbrel, 2 Sand Martin, 1 Tuna & Grey Seal.

Amazing 6hr trip on David Saunders out of #Brixham yesterday. So much wildlife to see and enjoy. Highlights had to be the White-beaked Dolphins and the diving Gannets. Along with the Skuas, Shearwaters, Guillemots, Kittiwakes, Gulls, Common Dolphins, Turnstones and Grey Seals.
