My own aspiration is to live in touch with goodness. I aspire to be a force of goodness, to weave a story of life not made of fear but of love. I aspire to truly “walk my talk” in the matter of love, a quality so easy to speak about or extol but so often hard to make real.

There needs to be a significant change to the service provided by crisis teams, reports of ppl being told they have the capacity to decide to kill themselves when they’re in great distress is inhumane, being labelled as having a disordered personality and discarded is not care.

When there are news stories & a spotlight on sexual abuse and assault on social media it can be incredibly difficult for survivors. It is absolutely OK to step away from the coverage & do what you need to take care. The opinions & doubt of others do not change your experience.

natural that it would cause defensiveness in school staff but still needs to be addressed & met compassionately.It’s really the system that needs to be addressed. Does the system support the students and staff? If not, addressing the root is going to help everyone.
