TI was my dream job. I’m grateful to have done such meaningful work alongside whip-smart, passionate colleagues & friends.

I've just been laid off from The Intercept after 7 years of working across various editorial positions and I'm so proud of the work I've done.

I can't imagine how painful it would be if I *wasn't* axed along with my comrades today — in a way, I am grateful to be leaving.
