Writing every day still! I didn't update about Friday, but I wrote a bit more setting stuff. The habit is great because even though I "only" wrote a few pages last week, without the habit I probably wouldn't have written a word. Today I wrote some fiction, just for fun.

Writing every day update: Wednesday I wrote some Tailfeathers stuff, and yesterday I wrote some more of the fiction thingy I started earlier in the week. Keeping it diversified to stave off burnout, especially since other life factors are being a bit stressful.

Going away for 2 days, so we gave the cats a big pile of food to last them. Toby and Carmi are trying to see if they can eat it all before we actually leave.

Hey, checking in to report that I did keep up writing every day this week, but stopped updating on social media because I uninstalled the apps from my phone for a week because I didn't like how much I was using them. I was writing Tailfeathers stuff, which I'm very happy about.

Writing update: streak broken by family emergency. All is well. Family is good, crisis resolved, and I'm starting a new streak right now.

I've been enjoying my time away from Twitter. I miss the posts about games and stuff, but I feel so much better not getting sucked into doomscrolling. I'm dipping back here to try to catch up on the folks I follow. I'll pop in again with some updates on my writing at some point.

everything we need is astronomically expensive and yet almost none of the money we pay is going towards the people actually doing the work and providing the services.

I haven't checked in to this site in a bit. If you're following me for updates on what I'm working on, it's lately been monsters. Making monster statblocks for Strike! 2e. More monsters is one of the most common requests for 2e, and I'm making a whole bunch!
