This whole thread is an interesting read, but this quote generally sums up one of my ongoing fears. None of us stay young and free of "pre-existing conditions" forever.

These "restocking" & "bulk meal prepping" TikToks makin' me feel bad. Like, I need a nap after buying groceries. Are they hobbies? Is one meant to work full time & do these tasks? And how're they doing it all with kids, because I have 2 dogs who take up nearly 90% of my energy.
