If it's not too much to ask, please consider emailing Steven Mnuchin requesting an extension of time for the #Tax FILING deadline. You can see the sample below Nathan Clark received from American Institute of CPAs Here is a link to it view.e2.aicpa.org/?qs=07f1b42769… (h/t @AGCollinsCPA for the link)

Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said Friday that the IRS will move the national income tax filing day ahead to July 15, three months after the normal deadline for Americans to send in their returns.

Hey #TaxTwitter Anyone seen any guidance on #PPP $100K compensation limit across multiple entities (S corps) with same employee(s)? If it matters, entities are owned by same shareholder. Some employees family, some unrelated.

Great news! Now let's extend the estimated tax payment deadline as well. Small businesses have borne the economic brunt of this crisis, and they need relief too. Delaying the due date for estimated payments would ease small firms' tax burden when they need it most.

The fact that these are not extended illustrates that the #IRS has absolutely no idea of how actual #tax preparation works. None CVSoci.al/dV0lQauF

"The June 15, 2021 deadline applies to the first quarter estimated tax payment due on April 15." Good job matching 1040 due date to 1q due date, IRS. Now do the rest of us.

Hey #TaxTwitter, S Corp receives ERC. One of the original shareholders is no longer a shareholder when credit received, but was still a shareholder for the period requiring wage reduction. Any specific guidance on this scenario?
