A delegation of Estonian IT and Chamber of commerce led by Estonian Ambassador at large for Africa Daniel Schaer paid a courtesy call to the OFFICE OF THE DATA PROTECTION COMMISSIONER as part of its fact finding mission to learn more about Kenya's digital transformation landscape.
