Biologics in pregnancy overall are low risk and data across studies and drugs are consistent. We continue throughout pregnancy and lactation.

Women with IBD are at increased risk of pre-eclampsia and should start low dose Asa around week 12 gestation. No increased risk of flare with use in pregnancy. Thank you for highlighting Jean-Paul Achkar
