Pleasure catching up with Jonny Bright. Pretty sure my first commercial experience of brewing was his Duke of Dank RIPA recipe with our friends at Weird Beard Brew Co & Matthew Curtis and here we are now brewing ourselves. He’s connecting Brook House Hops with brewers. Worth a look!
