I toured Schlenkerla with a group of American brewers earlier. What an experience. Having an early night, off to Nuremberg tomorrow. It’s been short but very sweet.

It’s 11:30pm and everything has gone to shit/is amazing. That’s 2008 Bock!

Having a wonderful afternoon/evening at Brauerei Zehendner. Planned to get the last bus home but I asked for Festbier from the bottle and the owner decided to tap the last barrel instead.

It’s been 2 months since I last went to Bamberg. The bad news is that BA killed the LHR-NUR route and Ryanair picked it up from STN. The good news is that I’ll be supping on some delicious lager later on today. And yes, I poured those beans straight out of that ramekin! ✈️🇩🇪🍺
