We’re at the Northumbrian Water Innovation Festival as sponsor of the Bright and Shining sprint. Some great discussions yesterday and excited for what solutions we’ll develop for the River Skerne today. #InnovationFestival23

This has made my day! I remember the toad migrations at our #loundlakes and then not being able to walk the lake edges because they were a writhing carpet of toadlets 🐸 I’m keeping everything crossed that this is the start of a recovery to that. Essex & Suffolk Water

Life jacket on, and felt great to be spending time discussing the conservation work at Horning Marsh Farm, Norfolk. We partner with Broads National Park . Couldn’t capture the great displays that booming bittern, cranes, Marsh Harrier, snipe etc put on for us. So here is a selfie instead!

Our partnership with SuffolkWildlifeTrust continues to deliver! I was lucky to catch the start of the #orchid flowering in the meadows at #LoundLakes SWT Lound Lakes Warden and I spent time discussing how we will maintain these meadows in the long term. (Heath & Common spotted orchid)
