The Missing Billion study organised Phase II #Training for Participatory Learning Action groups for persons with disabilities, led by Annemijn Sondaal from Women and Children First. The study is piloting PLA-D groups as an approach to improving healthcare access for people with disabilities.

It is devastating to read about the impact of UK Aid cuts. Cuts kill. We agree that all SRHR programmes must be accessible to all and ‘Leave No One Behind’. They must include the most marginalised and hard-to-reach people to prevent unnecessary deaths in pregnancy.

Comedian Sara Pascoe is on BBC Radio 4 this Sunday presenting our #bbcradio4appeal. She's sharing Rabiya's story, and how we work with communities around the world, setting up health groups which make pregnancy and childbirth safer. The first £10,000 of donations will be trebled.
