We have loved having our North London family in Belfast over the past few weeks so want to thank Theresa & her team for allowing their Work Coaches to spend quality time with our Case Managers. It has been a truly enriching experience for all & will only make us stronger on UC.

Universal credit update: I've just got figures; web apps up 832% last week - as high as 105,678/day (typically 9,751). They're swamped. If ur told to ring for an appointment but can't get thru. Try & be patient (I know its hard) theyre checking who's missing and WILL CALL U.

Universal Credit is standing up to the challenge as nearly a million people have made a claim in the last fortnight and our tremendous DWP civil servants are working flat out to process them. We know our phonelines and IT systems are busy, but rest assured that we are all on it
