Have you tried our latest batch of pickled eggs? These delicious rosemary and lemon eggs are great in a packet of Fairfields’ Prawn Cocktail crisps.

Our Autumn Cider Fest is back from 12 today! We have ciders for all tastes - dry, sweet, fruited, sparkling & still! Available in flights for "tapas" style drinking, or pints if you prefer, to pair fantastically with our selection of cheese & charcuterie boards!

Suffolk Dingley Dell Cured Konnica - kabanosy style snacking salami with mustard! Similar to traditional Polish kabanos, they have a slightly spicy, smoky taste, which is incredibly moorish! It's a great little starter or a snack and, naturally, pairs great with a pint!

New special on for our cider festival! 🩸‘Doctor Harvey’s Blood’🩸 Sharp and well balanced with an earthy beetroot sweetness and made just up the road in Groton.

Cider and pepperoni pizza is a wonderful combination. Pictured here is Nightingale Cider Co Fledgling No. 4 made with 100% red love apples: just look at that colour!

A big part of countryside life is lovely dogs and we love when you bring yours in! We have plenty of water bowls and treats for your best furry pal, and, as we don't have any fireworks on this evening, we're a safe haven for those who are a bit anxious at this time of year!

Fresh on the tap…. Braybrooke Beer Co Black Lager! We love a dark lager and this is one of the best. Smooth, rich and creamy like the best stouts with a lovely crisp finish and subtle hop character like the best lagers. The first of some delicious dark beers we have lined up.

Open today and tomorrow 12-10pm for beer, boards, mulled cider and other delicious beverages!

Fresh on… Burnt Mill Brewery In The Trees; 8% Red Double IPA! The brewery say ‘This brew reflects a stroll through an East Anglian pinewood, a good trudge along a coastal spit of Suffolk shingle or an amble down a leaf strewn, high hedged lane.’ We agree.

Another special on the taps. New Bristol Brewery Cinder Toffee Stout. Lovely sweet stout that’s like a liquid Crunchie bar. It’s not too strong at only 4%abv and probably better value than a chocolate selection box.

We HAD to get some Little Earth Project in when they emailed us to announce their sad news about winding the brewery down. We remember the 1st hand-labelled bottles in Hop Hideout in 2015 with great joy 💚 It’s been exciting to watch them grow & flourish over the years, &…
