parkrun UK Tourist to Dudley parkrun - a first with the track start and finish. Oh, and a big down and up in the middle to test the legs. Thank you

As it stands on Friday afternoon we’ve done a quick course check and it’s muddy but safe. However, we’ll be up nice and early to check again tomorrow. Keep your eyes out for updates around 8am.

We are go go go. A course check has been done and whilst there is the odd icy puddle of course we are happy it’s safe to go ahead.

Today marks 19 years of Saturday morning walks and runs 🎉🎈 Paul Sinton-Hewitt, the founder of parkrun, describes the early stages of parkrun with only 13 runners, before it became the global success that it is today! Proving we must all walk before we can run 🏃
