Thank you Wes Streeting - may I ask what you consider the 12 hour standard to be. When does the clock start? Do you expect it starts when the patient books into an ED? Or when they’re seen, or referred? Or seen by said speciality? Needs to be transparent 🤷‍♀️

This morning we have given out 40 hot drinks to our homeless friends. Tomorrow will be the same, and the day after. We are glad to be a place where everyone can feel welcome and be treated with dignity.
