A new plan for neighbourhood policing in Greater Manchester is being launched this afternoon. Mayor of Greater Manchester says it’s the ‘biggest change’ to policing here in a generation. 264 officers will be posted to neighbourhoods to reconnect with communities. More on BBC Manchester later
