Great to see this Merlin on the post cam from Worlingham marshes last week. This winter a Merlin has appeared several times on trail cams along the lower Waveney valley but I have yet to see one with my own eyes. SuffolkWildlifeTrust Suffolk Wildlife Trust North East Reserves

Hey #raptor #birdmigration fanatics! Over the past months I've added to eBird what's now almost 3,500 photos of raptors in flight from 4 years at Batumi Raptor Count — Most photos are aged/sexed, so you can filter down to specific plumages (and more). Enjoy! 🔗media.ebird.org/catalog?userId…
Beckton Sewage Works a.m: Pairs of Common Buzzards and Sparrowhawk, Black Redstart, Common Sandpiper, 30+ Chiffchaff, Wigeon(rare here), 2 Rock Pipit and rather bizarrely a wintering Common Whitethroat. #londonbirds EBwS Bird News
