Thankyou Keele! It’s an honour to represent you on the council. Some disappointing results across the borough. Looking forward to working with our new group to hold the administration to account.

The NuL results have been a mixed bag. Overall, we have a fantastic bunch of newly elected councillors. We have retaken former Labour seats. Made gains in conservative heartlands. Our losses are disappointing, though we have built a platform for future gains.

At some point we will need to discuss the contribution of votes at 16 and early voting to the fantastic results across Wales.

We are facing an unprecedented cost of living crisis, with a Conservative government that is asleep at the wheel. These comments by Cllr Hutton are offensive to residents, across the borough, struggling to meet the rising costs of energy and food. inews.co.uk/news/politics/…
