Yesterday I was pleased to attend the 2nd Annual Ellsberg Lecture at UMass Amherst by Norman Solomon. The Ellsberg Initiative for Peace & Democracy And visited my dad’s archives. Amazed by hundreds of files already organized in archival boxes and the hundreds of boxes still unpacked and waiting to be explored.

Dorothy Day died 43 yrs ago on Nov 29 1980. My reflections in Give Us This Day “We must cry out against injustice or by our silence consent to it. If we keep silent, the very stones of the street will cry out.”
