Without doubt one of the saddest issues the UK currently faces. Who will make this a priority at the next election and force the water companies to bring about the real investment required? The Labour Party, Conservatives, Liberal Democrats , The Green Party ? Or is it too late?
Spoken to three people this morning who have no connection to farming and all they wanted to talk about was series 3 of #ClarksonsFarm . Like him or loathe him, Jeremy Clarkson has achieved the seemingly impossible and brought farming and farming issues to a wider audience.
