Staff, students and the NTEU at UniMelb organised a gathering tonight called “Sense and Solidarity” to defiantly celebrate on campus despite the never ending TERF times. Wish I was there! Much solidarity 💓🏳️‍⚧️

We won. The QUTE Motion passed with no amendments. We have been working towards this moment for years. I am proud of every single NTEU member who has fought for trans lives. And to Alison Barnes for seconding our motion. Today we turn a new page in the story of our union.
