Evening family meal tonight was minced beef and onion pie, creamy mashed potatoes with baby green cabbage, cauliflower, green beans and gravy made with garlic, ginger, onion 😋

Breakfast/lunch today was a couple of pork chops, fried yesterday's baked potato and a very nice avocado and tomatoe salad with a olive oil and lime juice. It was sooo good 😊

Supper tonight was garlic chives cakes bought from our local market and cooked at home using the air fryer, the sauce is made with thick black soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and chilies. Absolutely delicious 😊

Breakfast/lunch today was chicken soup with shrimp dumplings, dried tofu, bok choy, mushrooms 🤌😊

Breakfast/lunch today was lamb chops, a few chips and a lovely salad. Hadn't had lamb in a long time, really very nice 😊

Early lunch today was put together from last night's different kids meals. Carbonara pasta with chicken and shimeji mushrooms with garlic. I just mixed them together with a few thai sweet basil leaves, warmed up and sprinkled lots of parmesan cheese on top. Very lovely 🤌😋

After an early lunch, a couple of hours later I got very hungry again. Beef steak, egg and chips and perfectly ripen mango was perfect 🤤😋

Breakfast this morning my wife bought some live crabs from our local market. I sat out on the terrace to eat them so I could wash everything down with water hose and have a good shower at the same time. They were full of meat and so very sweet, absolutely very delicious 😋🤤🤌🥰

Breakfast this morning my wife bought street food chicken with bread crumbs, it's very popular with my kids as a snack when they finish school, most people like them sprinkled with Chilli powder like my kids do I made the salad with my usual dressing, olive oil and lime juice.

Late evening supper tonight was, smoked salmon, cream cheese, creamy avocado in a soft bun..lovely 🤌😊

Late breakfast this morning after doing a bit of work in the garden. 5 scrambled eggs with milk and butter, spinach boiled and fried with garlic, ginger in olive oil, and a nice ripe plum tomato. Very nice 🤌🤤😊

Late breakfast again this morning, did a few hours work in the garden, got very tired, so a quick an easy 5 scrambled eggs made with milk and butter, fried tomatoes in olive oil, garlic and ginger, and boiled fresh tender asparagus with butter. Delicious and nutritious 🤤😊

Afternoon late lunch today was my favorite Thai egg and crab curry that my wife made with one kilo of blue crabs and four eggs. Really finger licking delicious 🤤😋

Wife did a bit of shopping at the supermarket and bought me a few of the things I like for lunch. Delicious pork pie, a few different quiches, fresh sourdough olive bread, the apples and grapes from our local market. Really enjoyed this 😋

Lunch today..! Cheese, ham and tomatoe on toast. Quick, easy to prepare and make..! And so nice 🤤🤌😋

Lunch today was, BLT. 200g of bacon, cooked in the air fryer, as was the soft flatbreads, a couple of plum tomatoes and fresh lettuce. I had a big hot glass of freshly grated ginger, lemon grass and lime juice tea with it. It's been really cold lately and it's got to me a bit😊🙏
