GST slashed on cancer drugs 🙌 but also on fried snacks (like namkeen?), often cooked in reused refined high omega 6 oils that may increase cancer risks. (pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/28925728/ ) Reducing the tax on what can harm, while lowering it for the cure – ironic, isn't it? 😑😑

HAPPY ONAM 🌸 Few tips to make Onam sadya healthier . Add 2 tsp ghee to red rice - it gives satiety & reduces amount of rice needed . Have plenty of vegetables (as they are rich in coconut, local veggies & curd ) Have pickles, side dishes Skip Papad & limit dessert.
