Not so rare after all! We first described JAK1 GOF in 2017. It's hugely gratifying to have our findings replicated worldwide. New paper from BogunovicLab in JExpMed suggests JAK1 GOF may not be so rare. Treatment with JAK inhibitors is remarkable. Please make this diagnosis!
