Two very nice ladies just came into the bookshop and said they 'travelled all the way from New Zealand just to be here.' That certainly brightened up our Monday!

Such a pleasure to recently welcome this group of Irish childrens authors and illustrators to the bookshop, as part of their Whole Wide World bus tour down the west coast promoting Irish childrens books - a project of Galway native and our current Laureate na nÓg, Patricia Forde.

Great to get out to Kennys Bookshop & Art Gallery yesterday with Oein DeBhairduin ✨. We got such a lovely welcome from Tom and his team as well as fascinating stories of authors and artists Tom had met over the years. We could have stayed all day. It’s a special place.

Can wholeheartedly recommend Kenny’s, have ordered several books from them (as gifts to family in Ireland) and they have been great!

Was a confirmed Amazon user but can attest to the fact that Kennys is nearly always competitive with their prices - adding the free postage to that makes them more attractive.

Delighted to join the Laureate na nÓg Children's Books Ireland #wholewildworld bus tour in Galway today. I created a story about a puffer fish with 5th class in Furbo NS - great young writers! And we visited Kennys Bookshop & Art Gallery too!
