It is always about water & it always will be. It is always about water as tool of power & oppression where marginalized communities suffer the most. Studying water crises for decades has shown me that all things lead back to water. With climate change, water crises will worsen.

America locks up about 70,000ish pregnant women a year. One women who spent 24 years in the state women’s prison here (starting from age 17) told me that all the pregnant women get is an extra sandwich at eating times. That’s it.

Im glad you asked! Very few incarcerated women are brave enough to report their rapists but 3 months ago the impregnation of one woman in Oklahoma helped spur a class action lawsuit against correctional officers raping incarcerated women. Eat shit.
