Fascinating day today, started off with teams from EEAST Ambulance Service Essex Police Herts Fire & Rescue Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service for a major incident exercise, really impressive multiagency working and a phenomenal effort by Stephen and the team EEAST_HART to make this effort 👏🏻

Ended the day in Debenham for our CFR cardiac arrest event this evening, big thank you to Liz, the whole team EEAST Ambulance Service involved and for all our amazing CFRs who took the time out to attend 😀

It’s been a little while coming but excellent to see that we’ve got some new arrivals EEAST Ambulance Service - big well done to our fleet team who are making this possible, can’t wait to see them out on the road over the coming months 👍🏻

Big thank you to Liz and Steve EEAST CFRS for running a fantastic AFROS course over the last two weekends, great to have more colleagues joining our CFR team to look after our communities. Happy to report that we all passed 😀 👍🏻

Great to be able to visit our people across Hertfordshire today to say Happy Christmas and thank them for all their hard work this year - even got a moment to clean up the welfare wagon 😀

It’s a busy and cold week EEAST Ambulance Service. Thank you to all our people and a special mention to our teams in control - has been great to catch up with our team in Bedford today, we’ve made lots of progress but I know there’s still lots to do and really valued the feedback 👍🏻

Great to be at the opening of our new PTS base in Dunstable today, our PTS teams play a critical role in keeping our most vulnerable patients well and supporting hospital discharge so really pleased we’ve finally secured better facilities for them to recognise their hard work 👍🏻

Brilliant to spend the day in Norfolk at EEAST CFRS event today…. Fantastic turn out and some great sessions. Big thank you to the whole team who put all the work in to make it happen 👍🏻

Was great to be with the 6 Regiment at Flying Station Wattisham this morning for our armed forces covenant gold reaccreditation, really proud of our teams’ work to support our armed forces colleagues, and got the chance to check out some of their kit as well 👍🏻

Great to welcome the latest cohort of Nurses joining ⁦EEAST Ambulance Service⁩ today as they completed their first training module, alongside our fabulous T&E team at Chelmsford. 👍🏻

Really sad news. A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us over the last 37 years and to our amazing team who have made such difference in improving people’s lives. All of the trustees will work to the last to ensure our legacy is remembered and lives on.

It’s my last working day EEAST Ambulance Service It’s been an adventure and an absolute honour to serve as CEO, a big thank you to all of our people for everything you do. Continue to be kind, be compassionate and take care of yourselves.

It’s been a busy first day Mid and South Essex Integrated Care System - clearly lots of challenge and much to do but lots of fantastic people committed to improving care for the people of mid and south Essex. Really looking forward to getting stuck in 😀
