Good number of grounded migrants around the Severn & Avon Vales today in the rain. Flooded fields south of Coombe Hill canal - 2 Bar-tailed Godwit with 34 Black-wit, 9 Whimbrel, 12 Yellow Wag. Hasfield Ham - male Whinchat & 2 Wheatear. Many Redstart & Lesser White back #glosbirds

Excellent weekend back at Seaforth. Today the 4th (!) Osprey in two days flew NE, Hen Harrier N over the sea, vismig Jay, 9 Whimbrel, 2cy Little Gull, Whitethroat, Spot Shank looking smart and a steady trickle of hirundines N Tony Conway ⚜️ Jon Gavin Thomas 💙💚

Excellent fall of 13 Ring Ouzel on Cleeve Hill this morning after last nights weather was nice to see, some moving straight overhead including a flock of seven through Wash Pool Valley. Also Osprey -> NW, Tree Pipit -> N, 2 Wheatear & nice arrival of Willow Warblers #GlosBirds

Forest Wagtail from our recent trip to Thailand, one of two in two days at Kaeng Krachan NP. The side to side wiggle is so good, what a brilliant bird!
