When ISIS hacked to pieces ancient Assyrian statues, the world rightly condemned them. When the Taliban blew up the ancient Buddha statues in Bamyan, the world condemned it. Israel just blew up the 700-year-old Grand Mosque in Gaza, equating itself with ISIS and the Taliban.
