Hon. Ruth Nankabirwa Ssentamu Min Ministry of Energy & Mineral Development on land valuing states that the Govt Valuer values land as is at a particular time. The value of land cannot be fixed & this is being solved. The Minister is making the remarks at the handover of Resettlement Houses by #TotalEnergiesEPUganda.
