Paid for next day delivery, I’ve been waiting since yesterday 5pm-7pm delivery slot for @Hermesparcels and can’t talk to anyone with no updates. Joker service, expensive parcel and no idea what’s going on 🙄 any advice on how to track this?? It’s apparently with the courier

Isn’t it great how @Hermesparcels mixes up your £100 and over parcel which is already late 🙄 no parecel delivery is always straight forward with these guys, I wish retailers would use a more effective delivery service. You can’t even contact Hermes either!
