长期来看，资金费率肯定是正的。因为资金费率本质上就是借u买币的利率，鉴于法币一直在增发，资产的价格肯定是会不断上涨的。所以不可能长期有负利率借u买资产的好事。稳定币/法币，其实就是通过承受了长期法币增发的贬值，获得了短期价格的稳定。
