My favourite thing to do in healthcare is listen. When you do the stories are amazing. Today, I learned that while putting a paeds patient under the Halton Healthcare team sang a Taylor Swift song to bring comfort. When the child woke - they picked up where they left off 💙🎵

On my 2nd day at Halton Healthcare I learned about a Childlife Specialist named Jocelyn. I asked my colleague “what’s her story?” I have never in my career met a Childlife Specialist without a story. Am I ever glad I did. Because this ⬇️ is the result. toronto.ctvnews.ca/video/c3017653…
