Patchy fog and freezing fog may develop early Saturday morning north of a Scott City to Ness City to LaCrosse line. Localized visibility down to 1/2 mile is possible, which may lead to a few slick spots. #kswx

Kansas poppin fires today as well. This one is 5 miles south of St. John, Stafford county. Annual snowpacks and precip well below average across the nation. Warm temps persist in the bread basket. Multiple fires across New Mexico, Texas, and others.
