Happy to report our recent collaboration with the Mitton-Fry lab at Ohio State Pharmacy demonstrating that dioxane-linked amide NBTIs can induce both single- and double-stranded DNA breaks mediated by N. gonorrhoeae gyrase and topoisomerase IV IJMS MDPI tinyurl.com/OSUAB185
