Hey Portillo's you may want to do a quality check on your Elmhurst and Downers Grove stores!! 5 out of the last 6 visits have been bad! Today I got 2 big beefs w/ sweet peppers and only got 2 small peppers! My wife got 1 small container of hot pepper. I’m very disappointed.
