Today I joined One Neighborhood Builders to break ground on The Avenue, which will preserve/create 85 apartments. And, all of the units are affordable! This is exactly the type of development we need more of: collaboration btwn local, state & federal partners to increase housing stock.

Projects of scale like this like this are what will help move the needle on the housing crisis. As Speaker Joe Shekarchi said, “We need thousands more of the Avenues”. Congrats to Jennifer Hawkins and the entire One Neighborhood Builders team!
