What a difference a day makes. Tuesday we were shipping grain in t-shirts and running shoes... today insulated coveralls and snow boots. Must say I prefer the former, and from the mechanical problems we had today, I know the equipment does too! 😳

Foothills County has declared a Municipal Agricultural Disaster for the entire County as of 2:30 pm MST July 15, 2021. Drought conditions are impacting 50-90% of cereal and oilseed, hay, pasture and range yields due to lack of moisture and long durations of high temps and winds

$21 canola, $11-12 wheat, $9 feed barley, $10-11 malt barley, at harvest when grain prices are typically at their lowest. Truly incredible!
