Hey Hertz Why can I not cancel a reservation when logged in? Why, when logged in (entered UN/PW, not from a cookie) do I have to re-enter UN/PW to see details? Why am I sent to the home page when I click on the Contact Us link? Web site has never worked, still doesn't.
