Today we launch a new campaign to Save Young Lives. We make three key demands: 1. Schools in Scotland should provide suicide prevention education 2. Kids' mental health waiting times must be reduced 3. Adults should learn how to support young people in crisis Gemma Ryder

Such an important campaign. Do we need to use language that helps young people act earlier before suicide is a thought. Red Flags are often invisible in early moments but ignored. Simply checking in “hey are you ok?” Could be enough to get conversation started.
