Clozapine is not dangerous, nor difficult to use in patients with psychotic symptoms in Parkinson's disease, and yet it is woefully underprescribed. Instead we use quetiapine, a drug that failed 3 x DB RCTs. We need to do more to understand the barriers. sciencedirect.com/science/articlβ¦
